Meet the Bloggers

Greetings SOTS neighbors! We would like to introduce ourselves as your new neighborhood bloggers. We are Matt and Lynne Crockett and have lived in the neighborhood for 5 years. Matt is an Administrator at Highline Medical Center and after 17 years as an elementary teacher, Lynne is now a stay at home mom. We have 4 children. Elli is a senior at Central Wa U, Mariah is a Sophomore at Kennedy High School, Hannah is a Freshman at Kennedy High School, and Salvador is a first grader at Holy Rosary, West Seattle. Elli is majoring in Accounting, Mariah and Hannah are very involved in year 'round competetive swimming, and Salvador enjoys a variety of seasonal sports. He is often coached by his dad, and right now they are in the Pee Wee Baseball Play-offs!

Our goal with this blog is to connect our community. We would like to feature the people and events of our neighborhood. We encourage everyone to get involved. Tell your neighbors! We are interested in any neighborhood news including, but not limited to, wildlife sightings, SOTS activities, crime, lost/found pets, and interesting events in the lives of our neighbors.
