We would like to welcome new neighbors, and reconnect to current residents at the Beach Party.
Your dues pay for everything. Dues paid members are complimentary. Non-dues paying residents will pay $150.00 a family.
Attendees are encouraged to bring a different beverage and personal seating options.

We want everyone to know how much we enjoyed the BBQ Saturday. Usually we work on Saturdays but this time we could fortunately get off work. What a wonderful group of neighbors! We are blessed to live in this community. Thanks especially to all the hard work those members contributed to make this such a success!
