As defined in the bylaws, the Annual Meeting is for the General Membership to vote on the new Officers and Board Members. Also, the proposed budget for the following year is presented and voted on. All members ( 1 per property ) who have paid their dues are eligible to vote at the meeting. There is usually a guest speaker to address issues of concern to the community.
You can always contact one of the Board Members to have your views presented on your behalf at a meeting.
